When we arrived at the Hotel Ibis, we were not given the rooms which we h ad reserved. Both of us couples were given different rooms for which we each paid. When we arrived home I realized that we had paid twice for out rooms. I contacted trips.com and spoke to a gentleman who assured me that I would receive a refund for the $236.60 for the rooms which I had reserved. I have still not received that refund. I would appreciate it if you would send me a refund.
